# AniRec
AniRec is a web app that uses machine learning to recommend anime based on your MyAnimeList anime list. It also includes several interactive features such as stats, timelines, and graph visualizations.

## Features
- ### Recommendations
  Recommends anime (currently the cutoff date of data is Jun 2025) based on the user's MAL profile, with many filters to allow for a fully customizable search experience
- ### Statistics
  A summary page of key statistics about your anime list, such as score distribution and favourite genres
- ### Timeline
  A timeline of your anime history, ordered by season release, so you can keep track of what you've been watching every season
- ### Atlas Map
  A t-SNE reduced map of the model's learned embeddings for each anime, producing an interactive graph where you can see how different anime cluster depending on their similarity
